Rules related to the removal of Car #8.
It is very unfortunate that Kyle Busch passed but the rules clearly state that you pick the Car and not the driver of the car. With this rule in mind, we will not be changing any of the teams to reflect the Car #8 being removed because it may return before the end of the season.
